We offer basic support services free of charge. This includes helping resolve issues that are a result of something on our side (e.g. PhP module missing, SSL issue). Note free support is limited to your root account, i.e. it is up to you to provide support for end customers/your reseller hosting accounts. If you need help with supporting reseller hosting accounts, please purchase the extended support addon when checking out.

Unfortunately due to how our network is built (dedicated rescources etc), deploying even a single site incurs a cost to us. As such we generally DO NOT issue refunds. The exception to this is if service delivery is dramatically lacking or if payment errors have occured.

You are responsible for monitoring your clients hosting accounts and addressing issues should they occur.  You need to enforce the rules set out in our terms and conditions for each hosting account. These rules include but are not limited to: ensuring no illegal content is hosted, ensure no spam operations are undertaken, ensure no malicious software/malware is used or distributed. Failure to enforce these rules may result in termination of the affected hosting account or in severe cases your reseller account.

All your accounts will share the dedicated ammount of RAM for your selected reseller plan. Each of your sub-accounts will make use of this RAM. CPU usage is not limited and does not come out of any “dedicated provisions”.
